Features
Webex is an application-sharing and conferencing service that may be used for presentations, demos, training and support and is provided in a cloud-based, hosted format from Webex (www.webex.com).
- Host meetings for up to 1000 attendees
- Screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, HD video
- Breakout rooms for small group work
- Closed captioning and meeting recording
- Works on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android
Access
Access is integrated into the University Single Sign On (SSO) solution via the Office 365 portal. Accounts are automatically provisioned via a user’s initial access of WebEx through the Office 365 portal.
Visit myapps.microsoft.com or rhody.webex.com and log in with your URI email address.

Webex has a robust array of guidance tutorials and training videos on how to use various Webex features. See the Webex help site.
