Scheduled Proofpoint Email Gateway Maintenance

ITS Security & Proofpoint will be performing maintenance on URI’s Proofpoint email gateway on Jan. 7th.

You may see a single quarantine digest after maintenance completes that contains historical messages you’ve already reviewed or actioned (up to 30 days old). No action is required on any of these messages. Subsequent digests will return to normal and only show new messages going forward.

State of RI ERP Transition (RI ERP)

The State of Rhode Island launched a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on Sunday, November 16th, that will simplify and streamline its human resources, payroll, and finance systems. This impacts only URI State of Rhode Island employees.

For Paycheck Issues: If you have questions or concerns about your State of Rhode Island paycheck, please contact the State of RI Payroll Call Center from Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. The number is 877-647-4633.

Be ready to verify your identity with the last four digits of your Social Security number, your birth year, and your home zip code.

Submit a ticket

We have a self-service ticket submission system. Please submit your ticket through our Service Portal. Use your SSO credentials to sign in and create a ticket.

Our top issue is forgotten passwords – Click here for password reset help. The process will ask for some information and either submit a ticket for a callback or reset it for you.
