Getting Help
Because all tech works perfectly always, here are the help resources you may need at URI.
Submit a ticket
We have a self-service ticket submission system. Please submit your ticket through our Service Portal. Use your SSO credentials to sign in and create a ticket.
Password
Our top issue is forgotten passwords – Click here for password reset help. The process will ask for some information and either submit a ticket for a callback or reset it for you.
