On April 22, 2026, the Panopto video management platform was unavailable for about 2.5 hours from 11am – 1:30pm.
The issue was caused by an update in the Brightspace/Panopto development system that inadvertently copied to production system.
ITS worked with the Panopto support team to determine the cause and correct the problem.
ITS is working with the vendor to ensure future testing in development systems will not affect production.
