Cloud Services

ITS provides support and consultation for a range of cloud-based services used by the University of Rhode Island. Cloud platforms enable scalable, flexible, and secure solutions for computing, storage, application hosting, and collaboration. These services are used across research, academic, and administrative environments. On the backend, we employ Amazon AWS and may support activity in Microsoft Azure in the near future. ITS assists with planning, architecture and implementation to ensure compliance with university policy and data security requirements.
