
SAS is a statistical analysis software application offered through the URI Office of ITS Research Computing Services (ITRCS). Designed for data analysis and visualization, SAS allows users to read and process data from common spreadsheets and databases and output results in a variety of formats, including tables, graphs, RTF, HTML, and PDF documents.
SAS is widely used in academic research for complex statistical procedures, data management, predictive modeling, and more.
