Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is a generative artificial intelligence (AI) service from Microsoft that helps you ask questions, summarize information, draft and revise content, analyze uploaded files, and brainstorm ideas. Copilot Chat is available to URI faculty, staff, and students through URI’s Microsoft 365 environment.
While this provides access to a useful set of AI prompting capabilities, please note that more advanced features of Microsoft Copilot, such as integration across Microsoft tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are not available at this time.
