The Project Management Office (PMO) empowers Information Technology Services (ITS) staff and supports initiatives by providing structure and support as trusted advisors. The PMO makes communication, change management, and training central to project success.

The PMO manages select strategic and high-visibility projects and provides project management, communications, organizational change management, and training support for projects led by ITS teams.
