Note on Collaborative Data Sharing Recommendations: Both Google Drive and OneDrive support collaborative document sharing and editing. However, we recommend that users employ OneDrive for routine collaboration and file sharing because the university has tighter total storage limits on Google Drive. URI’s overall institutional Google Drive allocation is capped, while individual users have defined limits in OneDrive. To help reduce Google Drive usage, please store new collaborative materials in OneDrive whenever possible.
