eCampus Maintenance and Outage

Planned eCampus Upgrade and Outage (Human Resources, Financials, and Student)

Please be advised that eCampus HR, Financials and Student Systems will be unavailable for maintenance beginning on August 8th 2026 8:00 AM ~ 12:00 PM.

All e-Campus HR, Financials and Student systems will be inaccessible during this outage. Please plan accordingly.

If you receive the following message when attempting to sign in during the maintenance window: “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.”
This is an expected message while the system is undergoing maintenance. Please do not submit a service ticket. Instead, wait until the maintenance has concluded and then try signing in again.

If you continue to experience issues after the maintenance window has ended, please contact the IT Service Desk at (401) 874-HELP (4357) or email helpdesk@uri.edu.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this important system upgrade.
