Classroom A/V

The URI Classroom Media Assistance group provides support, installation, training, and maintenance to all General Assignment Classrooms (GAC) on the Kingston campus. During scheduled GAC course times in-room support is ready to assist all faculty and staff as needed. If you are experiencing an in-class problem in a GAC space, they offer a rapid support response. For rapid (during class) support please call 874-4278 or for non-urgent issues open a service request via the IT Service Desk.
