Qualtrics
What is Qualtrics?
Qualtrics is an online survey tool used to collect and analyze data for market research, customer satisfaction and loyalty, product and concept testing, employee evaluations, and website feedback. Qualtrics enables you to do surveys, feedback, and polls using a variety of distribution means. The program allows you to share surveys and results as well as collaborating with other users. Use Qualtrics as a research aid to create polls and surveys and generate reports from these results. Use Qualtrics for Omni-channel survey distribution.
The University license for CoreXM Advanced for 16.5K users gives us 200K responses/year, however, every account has an email survey limit of 25,000 per week (this includes scheduled reminders). That being said, end users that will be sending their survey to more subjects than 25K/week can call into the Qualtrics Support Team to have that number increased. They just need the brand administrator’s permission and to answer a few questions about their project.
