Microsoft Office 365 Suite (O365) is URI’s comprehensive platform for productivity and collaboration, providing free access to applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, along with a wide range of other tools. With up to five installations per user, O365 offers flexibility for faculty, staff, and students to work seamlessly across devices. The Microsoft Portal also provides integrated access to external tools like Zoom, Webex, and Brightspace.

Eligibility:

Available to all active URI faculty, staff, and students. Alumni and Emeriti are not automatically eligible for installed versions.

Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of applications and services from Adobe Inc. that gives subscribers access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and also some optional cloud services.

URI Provides Access to the full suite for all faculty and staff. Students may access this service via lab computers both online and on computers located in various labs across departments

Access

Access to the Adobe suite is provided for full-time faculty and staff only via the MyApps SSO (Single Sign-On) portal. Please log in to your URI Office 365 account and select all apps in the lower left corner. Click the Adobe icon and then open the Creative Cloud button.

For students: you can download Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe on their website.

Support and Training

Students and others may access the Adobe suite via our WebEx Hands on lab portal 24 hours a day.
