For questions on Qualtrics Usage, you can take advantage of Qualtrics Support. They are very helpful and can steer you to their appropriate documentation (and whether or not that feature is available in our URI Brand). Often using their Chat channel will give you an immediate answer; you can also email or call them.
 
To access Support:
 
  • go to your account and click on the ? icon (Help) in the right hand corner.
  • choose ‘Contact Support’. Your login account name should show up
  • click below it on the ‘University of Rhode Island | UW’ button to get started.
You’ll be given a menu of different types of support requests.
If you choose I have a different support request, your product is ‘Survey Platform’ in the dropdown.
