Update: ITS Website Access Restrictions Remain in Place

ITS has applied security updates to most affected websites. However, as a precaution, access to certain ITS-hosted websites remains restricted to users connected to the URI campus network or the URI Virtual Private Network (VPN).

These restrictions will remain in place while ITS verifies the security updates. Some websites may require additional updates before restrictions can be lifted.

Users accessing ITS websites from off campus may encounter an access restriction notice with a link to the ITS Service Desk’s Zoom support room for assistance.

There is currently no reported evidence of compromised URI systems. ITS continues to monitor the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Submit a ticket

We have a self-service ticket submission system. Please submit your ticket through our Service Portal. Use your SSO credentials to sign in and create a ticket.

Password

Our top issue is forgotten passwords – Click here for password reset help. The process will ask for some information and either submit a ticket for a callback or reset it for you. We will never ask you for your password.
