IT Service Desk Open Move In Weekend

IT Service Desk will be open Saturday 9/5, Sunday 9/6 and Monday 9/7 for walk in service from 8am – 5pm. Please enter via the glass doors on the north side of the Library across from Rodman Hall

Password Reset Changes

In our ongoing commitment to maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information, Information Technology Services is implementing an enhanced identification verification process. Effective immediately, we will require users to verify their identities using a photo ID either in person or via video for password resets and other sensitive requests.
