Service Desk walk-in support
Beginning Monday Nov 3rd, the Service Desk will be open for walk-in support in the Lower Level of the Carothers Library in our former location. Enter via the glass doors on the north side across from Rodman Hall. There is currently no access from within the Library until full remediation of the lower level is complete.
We are also available via Zoom (link & hours at its.uri.edu), email (helpdesk@uri.edu) and phone (401-874-4357).
Password Reset Changes
In our ongoing commitment to maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information, Information Technology Services is implementing an enhanced identification verification process. Effective immediately, we will require users to verify their identities using a photo ID either in person or via video for password resets and other sensitive requests.
