Planned eCampus Maintenance: Aug. 8 – Aug. 9
Please note that all eCampus systems will be down for scheduled maintenance beginning Friday, August 8, at 12 pm for Finance and 4 pm for Campus Solutions and Human Resources through Saturday, August 9, at 4 pm. All systems will not be accessible during this period. The eCampus tiles will also not be accessible during the maintenance period. Please plan accordingly.
Error Message via eCampus Tile: If you receive this message “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in. Your administrator has configured the application eCampus…“, it’s due to the maintenance. Check back later when the system is back online. Please do not open a ticket if you receive this message.
It is highly recommended that all users clear their browser cache prior to logging into the system. Should you need additional assistance after Saturday, please contact the IT Service Desk at (401) 874-HELP or (401) 874-4357, or via e-mail at helpdesk@uri.edu.
eCampus Has Moved to SSO
eCampus now utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO) for a faster and more secure login. Visit myapps.microsoft.com and look for the eCampus tiles.
