System Backups

All URI on-premise data center server systems, (i.e. eCampus and local file shares), are automatically backed-up on a daily basis to ensure data integrity. Services provided via cloud based services, (i.e., Google, Office 365, LMS systems, etc.), are backed up by the relevant service provider under the contract terms established. Cloud based services provide for restoration of files that may be lost are provided under the instructions of the application. Please refer to the relevant documentation or you may contact the IT Service Desk for assistance. Restoration for on premise systems may be requested via the IT Service Desk, some limitations apply.
