PC Support
The IT Service Desk Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams provide desktop and laptop assistance for Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac systems for all students, faculty, and staff.
Service is available online and via limited in person services during pandemic conditions. If you require additional information or require consultation please contact the IT Service Desk .
Services include support for:

- Mac
- Smart Phones
- Tablets
- Laptops and Desktops
- Google – all products
- Office 365 – all products
- University Software (i.e. ecampus, Brightspace, etc)
- other needs as required
