Language Issues
If you receive the following error: bea.jolt.ApplicationException: TPESVCFAIL – application level service failure , then you might have your browser or computer set to a language other than English (US).
Correct this by modifying the URL to read “&languageCd=ENG” where ‘ENG’ is the language you are currently using (i.e. EUK or CHN).
- You may also bookmark this modified URL for future eCampus logins.

View Holds and To Do List
Holds are an important part of your enrollment at URI. If you have a registration hold, you will not be able to register even if you are given an enrollment appointment. Holds may be given for past due bills, failure to vaccinate, failure to meet with your advisor for a mandatory meeting, or other reasons. To see if you have any holds log onto eCampus and navigate as follows:
Home > Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Holds
The To Do List is more important for admissions applicants, but is also an important feature for current enrollees. This feature of eCampus primarily lists missing documents waiting to be submitted by a student. These include Admissions application components, Financial Aid application components, loan entrance counseling and loan applications/surveys. All students should check the To Do List. To see your To Do List log onto eCampus and navigate as follows:
Home > Self Service > Campus Personal Information > To Do List
