What’s new –  

• We will no longer be charging for the service, so no more POs! 
• The process will use the built-in software grading system. We will deliver the reports and data set (excel format) via email. 
• The request for grading process has changed so please review the instructions. 
• The look of the reports has changed 
• Processing time turnaround is up to 48 hours 

What’s the same –  

• Blank forms, Job drop-off and retrieval is located in the Library at the IT Service Desk 
• Instructions and request form hard copies available at the IT Service Desk 
• Jobs must be signed in and out. 
• Identification needed for job pickup. 
• The reports delivered are class roster of grades, histogram, item analysis, individualized reports 
• Use of Multiple Keys, Weighted Questions, Multiple Sections 
• Documentation and forms are available in our Knowledge Base Articles – coming soon or at the IT Service Desk in the basement of the Library.

What’s coming –  

• The grade upload process to Brightspace requires some changes to the delivered CSV file. Please refer to our Knowledge Base Article – coming soon
• Based on your feedback we will be fine tuning the process.
