To reduce the need for duplicate data entry, a feed has been created to enable events posted to the URInvolved website to be automatically added to the URI Events Calendar. The criteria for inclusion in the feed is determined by the Event Visibility (Show To) setting used when adding the event to URInvolved.
URInvolved has four Event Visibility options as listed below. The URI Events Calendar has similar classifications, but cannot access the URInvolved group or invited user data, so therefore does not include those event types. The visibility cross-reference is as follows:

Please note that only Public events can be included in the Featured Events slideshow on the URI Events calendar homepage.
