Smartphone Support

The IT Service Desk provides assistance with your smartphone or tablet (IOS or android) connectivity to the URI wireless network infrastructure. URI has no ability to perform services related to a subscribers cell phone account with a provider (ex. Verizon).  Please contact your cellular provider for assistance with cell plans, rates, or connectivity.
