Welcome to the High Performance Research Computing facility at URI
This website contains information about some of the existing shared computational facilities that URI offers for research purposes.
We currently support two clusters:
- Unity is a cluster hosted at MGHPCC that is a partnership with URI and UMass.
- Seawulf is available for educational use, such as classes.
- Harmony will be a new ARM-based platform supporting both interactive and high throughput style jobs. Read more. Expected FY27.
- Sanctuary will be our new platform for CUI data. Sound useful? Fill out our interest survey. Expected FY27.
Andromeda is being transitioned to Unity.
